For eight years we poured drinks and fed the crowd at more than 300 shows a year on the underground side of Bloomington. The room is gone, but the hospitality isn't. Now we bring the Orbit Room bar and kitchen to your party, wedding, office holiday bash or backyard show.
What we do
Bar service. Licensed, ServSafe-certified bartenders running a beer and wine bar from setup to last call to cleanup.
Signature drinks. A short custom menu built around your event, from a house spritz to a zero-proof option everyone can enjoy.
Orbit dogs. Our classic hot dog menu, the same dogs that kept show nights going, made in our licensed commissary kitchen. Simple, fast and a crowd favorite.
Show-day know-how. We've run hundreds of events with bands, crowds and tight timelines. Your night is in good hands.
Throwing a block party, a customer appreciation day or a company festival? We'll produce the whole thing. Our crew has stage-managed Taste of Bloomington for 20,000 people, produced concerts for crowds of 3,000 at Switchyard Park, and run more than 300 shows a year at the Orbit Room.
Concept and planning. We shape the idea, the schedule and the budget with you.
Permits and paperwork. Street closures, park rentals, alcohol and food permits, and insurance certificates, handled.
Vendors. Food trucks, rentals, tents, security and cleanup, booked and coordinated.
Music and sound. Bands and DJs booked, with sound, stage and backline.
Day-of production. Load-in to strike, we run the show so you can enjoy it.
Food and bar. Orbit dogs and a beer and wine bar, if you want them.
